Your service window
A full guest-facing service period
Your package includes live service for the listed duration. A 6:00 PM–8:00 PM booking ends at 8:00 PM; event delays do not automatically extend service. Setup and cleanup happen separately and are not deducted from your booked guest service time.

Additional time should be arranged in advance and reflects additional food, toppings, serving materials, staffing and production—not staff labour alone. Larger events may be higher.

Event requirements
A few practical details help us plan safe, smooth live service.
Live frying
Subject to venue approval. If frying is not permitted, freshly prepared Puff-Puff may still be customized and served live.
Electricity
Appropriate electrical access is required unless alternative arrangements are approved.
Space
A safe and level service area must be provided for the cart and equipment.
Outdoor events
A suitable weather contingency plan is required.
Venue access
Disclose stairs, elevators, loading restrictions, long distances, parking restrictions, venue deadlines and accessibility issues.
Parking, tolls & allergies
Event-specific access expenses may be added. Please disclose known allergy concerns before the event.
Travel & location
Toronto service, with room to travel
Our standard packages are designed for events within our included Toronto service area. Travel outside it begins at $50 and may reflect distance, travel time, parking, tolls, staff travel and equipment logistics. Outer GTA and out-of-town events receive a custom travel quote.

Frequently asked questions
What does unlimited service mean?+
Unlimited service means guests may return for additional individual servings throughout the contracted service period, based on the confirmed guest count. Waffles are served one waffle-on-a-stick at a time and Puff-Puff in standard individual portions. Unlimited service is for onsite consumption and does not include bulk takeaway quantities, takeaway trays, catering trays or packing excess product to take home.
When does my 2-hour service begin?+
Your guest service period begins and ends at the contracted times. A 6:00 PM–8:00 PM booking ends at 8:00 PM. Setup and breakdown occur separately and do not reduce your booked service period, so a 2-hour package provides a full 2 hours of guest-facing service.
What happens if my event starts late?+
Delays caused by speeches, dinner service, guest arrival or other schedule changes do not automatically extend your booked Treats service time. Additional time is subject to staff and equipment availability and additional charges.
Can guests have more than one serving?+
Yes. Guests may return for additional individual servings throughout the booked service time, based on the confirmed guest count.
Can we take leftovers home?+
Unlimited service applies to onsite consumption. Bulk takeaway quantities are not included. Additional takeaway treats may be ordered separately where available.
What happens if my guest count increases?+
Pricing is based on the confirmed guest count and the booked tier: 1–50, 51–100 or 101–150 guests. If your confirmed count exceeds the package booked, an upgrade may be required. Events above 150 guests receive a custom quote.
Do you fry Puff-Puff onsite?+
Where venue rules and facilities permit, yes. If onsite frying is not permitted, freshly prepared Puff-Puff can still be served and customized live from the Treats cart.
Do you require electricity?+
Yes, appropriate electrical access is generally required for live equipment unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed.
