Booking Terms

Submitting a booking inquiry does not reserve your date. Your event date is reserved only after availability is verified, your service agreement is signed and the non-refundable 30% reservation payment is received.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Large, custom or corporate events may use a different schedule stated in the signed agreement. Final pricing may change with confirmed logistics, guest count, service time, staffing, venue location, travel, parking and requested customizations.

Unlimited service

Unlimited service applies during the contracted service window and is based on the confirmed guest count. Guests may return for additional individual servings throughout service. Waffles are served one waffle-on-a-stick at a time and Puff-Puff in standard individual portions. Unlimited service is for onsite consumption only and excludes bulk takeaway quantities, takeaway or catering trays, and packing excess product to take home. Additional takeaway orders may be purchased separately where available.

Service window and guest count

Guest service begins and ends at the times in your agreement. Event delays do not extend that period. Setup and breakdown happen separately and are not deducted from guest-facing service time. Additional time must be approved and purchased separately. Package pricing covers only the confirmed guest-count tier; an increase may require a package upgrade.

Venue, travel and access

Live frying requires venue approval. Appropriate power, a safe level service area and a weather contingency for outdoor events are required unless alternatives are agreed. Stairs, elevators, loading restrictions, long loading distances, parking rules and venue deadlines must be disclosed before confirmation. Travel outside our included Toronto service area starts at $50; parking, tolls and unusual access expenses may be added.

Although reasonable precautions are taken, products may be prepared in an environment where common allergens are present.
